KIOCL Pension Scheme

KIOCL Employees Defined Contributory Pension Scheme have been intoduced in the Company to extend Pension benefits to the retired employees as per the terms and conditions specified in the Scheme below.
Kiocl Employees Defined Contributory Pension Scheme for non-executives Kiocl Employees Defined Contributory Pension Scheme for board level and below board level executives and non-unionised supervisors
List of executives separated from 01.01.2007	List of non executives separated from 01.01.2012
The Separated employees may submit duly filled Pension Claim Forms to Mangaluru or Bengaluru HR Department with following enlsoures:
Copy of Aadhaar of self and Spouse Copy of the PAN of the applicant Cancelled unsigned Cheque leaf where the pension amount to be deposited by the LIC .
